Deep, deeper, the deepest multi-colored eyes sparkling like soft light dancing over the blue ridges of a lake tickled by a cool, sunset breeze. His eyes dance, but it is a waltz whose tempo is slowed by pain, the echo of a faraway evening when He danced with us. His eyes ache with burning anticipation of another evening when the music resumes, we take His hand, and His constant, throbbing, black and white daydream He's dreamed for millennia is colored in with our presence.
"That where I am, there you may be also" (John 14:3).
Keep gazing into those dancing eyes.
