Today's Reading: Ex. 15-16 and Psalm 15-16
I love the song of praise to God for how HE overthrew Israel's enemies in the red sea. It's beautiful!
Reminds me of all the time songs used in Bible. Remember how the Angels in heaven sang with joy when Jesus born. Also how they sang in heaven when Jesus returned to heaven. Also reminds me how they sing with joy when we give our hearts and lives to Jesus today.
Just as God cast the Egyptians into the sea and destroyed them, so He will do with our sins if we give them to him!
With the blast of His nostrils were the waters gathered together! Also with the breath of CHRIST was man made a living soul!
I love verse Ex. 15:11, "Who is like unto thee, O Lord, among the gods? Who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?"
The answer is no one!! There's no one like our God!!

Songs are wonderful ways to praise God for His blessings. They are also wonderful ways to gather strength and courage in pain. For truly, although the strong winds blow, and life's obstacles seem too great, THERE IS NO ONE LIKE OUR GOD!!!
